Return Window
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in original condition.
How to Return/Exchange
Contact us through our Contact page before sending any return. Items sent without prior contact may not be accepted.
Exchanges
Approved returns may be exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value or for store credit. Buyer's choice will be issued 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items and bundles are non-returnable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll need photos of the damage for our records.
Returns and exchanges are reviewed on a case by case basis.
